Making Spirits Bright - Community Impact This Holiday Season

In late November, I teamed up with some incredible local businesses and two local charities to help our community. In those two sessions, together we raised over $1200 and had a ton of fun celebrating the holidays and creating fun artwork!

The first event was called - Warm Wishes and Sloppy Kisses...I bet you won't be able to guess what that one was about?? It was some of the cutest little puppers every and SANTA!! I teamed up with Animal Wellness World here in North Merritt Island and we set out to raise money for Earth Angels charity - a special fund used to help treat animals who have unexpected and expensive healthcare needs so that they are able to get the treatment they need and ease the burden on their owners that love them so dearly. We had Santa volunteer his time (which we all know is super precious this time of year) and it was seriously one of the MOST FUN sessions that I have ever had the pleasure of shooting. We raised $600 dollars for Earth Angels that day. Here's some of the fun from that day - we got to enjoy the holiday spirit, make new friends, and create beautiful artwork that captured the spirit of these sweet doggies.

Our second event, Making Spirits Bright, was in support of Candlelighters of Brevard to help local children suffering with pediatric cancers and their families with both emotional and financial support. Some of our local businesses really same together to make it snow in Florida! I partnered with Kayla Huston Events (and Mimosas and Moonshine), Sterling Stables wedding venue, and Absolutely Fabulous Event Rentals. We spent the cold and overcast day (perfect SNOW day) firing up the snow machine and taking amazing photos of families for the holiday season. We raised another $600 for Candlelighters at this event.

I'd like to say a special thanks to all the families that participated this year for the joining us in giving back to our community. I feel so blessed to have been able to host these and to make a difference this holiday season. An abundance of gratitude also goes out to my partners for your contributions!

Have a happy new year and cheers to a new year filled with family, joy, and creating beautiful artwork of your amazing families!
